Shipment

Once an order has been made processing can take up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped out based upon availability. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will began processing on the next business day which is Monday.) For your convenience we suggest that you do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. In some cases additional charges may apply to international shipping. Keep in mind international shipping may take longer due to customs and distance.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We are not be responsible for shipping delays for weather or other natural environmental factors.

All Packages are delivered using DHL and UPS. After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24 hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.UPS.com or www.DHL.com. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 4 business days from placing your order please contact our online customer service or send us an email.
